Review Management Software for Tour Operators

Your guides earn reviews. Reviewflowz works out which ones, across every platform you sell on, and credits them even when the guest never writes a name.

7 tools we connect with

Connect the system you run departures on, and every review finds the guide who earned it.

The guest praised the tour and named nobody. Your guide still gets the credit.

That is most five-star reviews, and it is why guide tallies never add up. Reviewflowz reads the booking behind the review: Bokun and FareHarbor know who ran that departure and who was on it, so the credit lands where it belongs without a name-drop, a per-guide QR code or an honour system. See how google review automation handles the requests, the replies and the alerts.

One tally per guide, every platform included, ready before you are. Open any guide and the reviews behind the number are right there, so a guide who thinks they are short checks for themselves instead of arguing with you.

$70 a month per location

Bring every tour you run on TripAdvisor, Viator, GetYourGuide and the rest. The meter runs on locations, so the two or three meeting points guests actually review are what you pay for, and attribution comes included rather than as the reason for a sales call.

Premium
$70 per location, per month

Billed annually. Guide attribution included.

What counts as a location
Harbour meeting point
Old town kiosk
Airport desk

Every tour you sell, on every platform you sell it, rides along at no extra cost.

What guests keep saying, counted

Every review broken into topics with sentiment per mention, tracked across seasons. The pickup that keeps going wrong, the sunset slot everyone asks for, the guide people request by name: enough to fix a departure, retire one, or decide what to launch next season.

What guests talk about This season
Sunset departures 214 mentions
Small group size 168 mentions
Guide storytelling 143 mentions
Pickup logistics 87 mentions
Worth a look

Pickup logistics turned negative in April, all of it on the 9am slot. Sunset departures are the most praised thing you sell and you run two a week.

Searching your reviews for sunset mentions on the kayak tour

Two hundred and fourteen five-star reviews mention the sunset kayak. These five say something the others only gesture at:

“The water went gold and nobody said a word for ten minutes.” GetYourGuide, 12 May

“Booked it as a filler between two museums. Best thing we did all week.” Tripadvisor, 3 May

“Tomás stopped paddling and let us just sit there while it went down.” Viator, 28 April

Three of them name a guide, which tends to do well on Instagram. Want captions drafted from each, or the other two as well?

Replies that sound like you wrote them

Every review lands in one queue with a reply already drafted, written by an AI that learnt from the replies you published before, not from a template library. Backtest it against last season before it answers anything live, then let it handle the five stars while you take the ones that need a human.

One of these replies is the AI.

A · reply to Maria K.

“Thanks Marta, so glad the sunset lived up to it. Tomás will be pleased.”

B · reply to Sam T.

“Thanks Owen, so glad the puffins turned up for you. Katrín will be pleased.”

FAQs

How does Reviewflowz know which guide earned a review?

Two ways. If the guest names the guide, Reviewflowz matches the name against your roster, typos and nicknames included. If they do not, it reads the booking: your Bokun or FareHarbor data says who ran that departure and which guest was on it, so the review still reaches the right guide. Anything ambiguous goes to an attribution queue for you to assign.

Which review platforms do you cover for tours and activities?

GetYourGuide, Viator, Airbnb Experiences, TripAdvisor, Google and Project Expedition, in one inbox. Ask us for a platform we do not cover yet.

Can I reply to GetYourGuide and Viator reviews from Reviewflowz?

You can read, draft and manage them in one queue with an AI reply prepared in your voice. No review platform in this industry offers an API for posting supplier responses, so the final click happens on the platform itself, from a link that takes you straight to that review. Google replies post directly from Reviewflowz.

How does the Bokun integration work?

You connect Bokun once. New bookings arrive by webhook, and Reviewflowz records the experience, the guests and the guides assigned to that departure. Your booking history is imported at connection so guide tallies start with your real past, not an empty page.

How much does review management software for tour operators cost?

Guide attribution sits on the Premium plan: $70 per location per month billed annually. Locations are your meeting points, not your tours, and every tour you sell on any platform is included. Self-serve, no demo call, set up in about five minutes.
